This 3" to 2" Adapter is a reducer sleeve that slides inside of a 3" receiver. It is constructed with rounded corners for ease of operation. The adapter comes with 2- 5/8" pin holes (no pins included)The adapter is finished in a zinc-plated powdercoat for rust protection.
