Fayette Trailers and Tom Naylor Really Came Thru |

Fayette Trailers website showed that they sell the cable I need, but as it turned out, they weren't in stock. Tom Naylor emailed me after he received my order and told me that he'd have to go to the manufacturer to get one and explained the long lead time. I told him that since I had no other choice, I'd have to go with that and I described a bit to him of why I needed this cable. The same day, I got another email from Tom saying that my cable is on the way. Tom went the extra mile and found the cable for me. Tom Naylor, whom I shall never meet in person nor ever personally know, put his SERVICE manager experience to work and his PRIDE in serving customers and his DEDICATION to representing his employer to the best of his ability... and solved my problem. A scant few days later and I have the cable in hand, hooked up, and I am much safer tilting 14,000 pounds of gravel into the air while it flows from the spreader gate on my trailer.
